Cathay Pacific Services Limited (CPCL) has renewed the facilities management contract with InnoTec for a CX subsidiary - Vogue Laundry which is 4 stories operating facility with gross floor area of 250,000 sq.ft located in Yuen Long Industrial Estate.
Since 2017 InnoTec Services has been appointed the facilities management contractor to provide technical service for 10 E&M systems including Lift & elevators, HVAC system, fire services, generators, plumbing & drainage, ELV equipment, and 24/365 security guarding services to Vogue Laundry.
