Peter is the Managing Director of InnoTec. He is in charge of developing, monitoring and evaluating InnoTec’s business, culture and people. Peter is a pioneer in engineering services and an innovator of creating value through new business processes with strong experience in doing business in Asia region.
Over the past 20 years, he has taken various important roles in the electrical and mechanical engineering industry with strong focus on developing young talents and ethnic minorities for public services.
He was The Chairman (1996 – 2014) and Honorary Life President (2014 – now) of The Association of Registered Fire Service Installation Contractors of Hong Kong; Member of Central Steering Committee on Fire Safety, Home Affairs Bureau of HKSAR Government (1998 – 2000); Member of Advisory Committee on Building Services Engineering Department, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (1998 – 2003); Vice President of The Hong Kong Federation of Electrical and Mechanical Contractors (2000 - 2014); Member of Construction Industry Council (2010 – 2012); Member of Construction Industry Training Board (2017 - now); Member of Management Board of Hong Kong Institute of Construction (2018 - now); Chairman of The Hong Kong Federation of Electrical and Mechanical Contractors (2019 – now); Convener of Subcommittee of Ethnic Minorities (2020 – now) and The Chairman of VTC Electrical and Mechanical Services Training Board (2021 - now). Peter graduated in electrical engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic, and received a MSc degree in engineering management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a Member of Institute of Engineering and Technology, UK.
Stephen has been the Non-executive Director of the Company since 2015. His expertise is in business development and management of engineering field. Stephen undertook various senior roles in E/M services and marketing for pharmaceutical industries since 1968.
From 1980 to 2015, Stephen started his own business in E/E industries such as copper clad laminate, power and data Cablings.
To continue the success he expanded to China region for the design,supply and installation E/M projects for Hotel , Logistics centre since 1990.
Simon is a director of InnoTec. He participated in many major projects including the XRL Express Railway, Fire Training School, M+ at the West Kowloon Culture DIstrict, Disneyland Hotel, MTR, Hopewell Centre Phase 2 and Queen Mary Hospital Redevelopment.
In addition to his business work, he has also been severing as Technical Advisor at the The Association of Registered Fire Service Installation Contractors of Hong Kong to support the industry.
Simon comes from a very strong engineering background with expertise in Fire Engineering. In addition to his BEng degree in Fire Engineering and MSC in Engineering Management, he is member of The Institution of Fire Engineers, UK and registered Professional Engineer in Fire Discipline. Furthermore, he is a Member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Chartered Engineer and HKSAR Licensed Plumber.
Neon is the Senior Manager, Corporate Services of InnoTec, who is responsible for the management of Finance, Human Resource and Administration.
Neon graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce Management and Marketing from Curtin University of Technology in Australia. She has solid experience in marketing, business analyst, and general administration as well as field efficiency. Neon also served as Council member in The Association of Registered Fire Service Installation Contractors of Hong Kong in 2014. Such a background enables a seamless integration between the central office and the operating departments.
Victor is the General Manager of InnoTec. He is in charge of the operation team in InnoTec. Victor holds BEng in Fire Engineering and MSc in Fire & Safety Engineering and has over 20 years of working experience in Fire Services (E&M) field and construction industry in Macau and Hong Kong.
He worked in different segments including developer, E&M consultant and FS contractors and handled great and well-known new building and A&A projects (e.g. hotels, casinos, shopping halls, offices, service apartments, data centers, fit-outs, etc.). He is specialized in system design, field installation, testing & commissioning, statutory submissions, and inspections.
Victor serves in The Hong Kong Federation of Electrical and Mechanical Contractors (FEMC) and The Association of Registered Fire Service Installation Contractors of Hong Kong (FSICA), including Contract Committee and DfMA Sub-Committee of FEMC, Chairman of EM Sub-Committee of FSICA, etc, to actively participate in the continuous development of the construction industry.
Simon is the Engineering Manager leading our engineering design and installation team at sites. He brings an extensive engineering system design and installation experience ranging from huge industrial facilities including power plant and cargo terminal to major transportation hubs to recreation/entertainment complexes to hospital and other facilities.
Simon has a BSc degree in Building Engineering from Victoria University and an MSC degree in Building Services Engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Raymond is the Technical Services Manager of InnoTec. He is responsible for resources management, solution recommendation and execution of project plans to fulfill service contracts. He guides the operation unit’s day to day work not only to assure timely and quality services but also to provide above and beyond services so to add value to clients.
Prior to joining InnoTec, he served in leading multi-national companies (MNC) on different capacities, Raymond studied Building Surveying at HK Polytechnic University, he is a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
Edmund is the General Manager of InnoCheck Limited which is a subsidiary of InnoTec. He has a strong cross-discipline background in technology and operation management specialized in industrial as well as consumer market segments.
Edmund played key roles in different functions including Manufacturing, Quality Management, Product Management and New Product Introduction, in the high-tech industry involving component-level and system-level products consists of hardware and embedded software.
He graduated in Electronic Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic; He is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, UK.
