We are never too busy to improve
The government is set to import around 20,000 workers through SLS (Supplement Labour Scheme) to alleviate the workforce shortfalls in the construction, transport and aviation sectors.
Late Saturday, over 20 InnoTec’s engineering teammates attended a 3 hours CPD training organised by James Chung, engineering manager also InnoTec’s HKIE Scheme A program leader.
“Like all the others in Hong Kong, we have been very busy at the moment, BUT we are never too busy to improve; we keep investing ahead the curve. I believe that one of the ways to overcome workforce shortfall is TRAINING.” said Peter Lam, managing director of InnoTec.
