《Qualification for Participation》
1. The participating projects must be applied for based on buildings.
2. The participating buildings must be located in Hong Kong and equipped with four types of mechanical and electrical devices.
3. Each building can only submit one application.
4. Participating units must obtain the consent of the building owner in advance before submitting their applications.
 
Four types of mechanical and electrical devices
The main focus of the competition is to inspect the operation and maintenance of four types of electromechanical devices:
1. Electrical Installations
2. Fire Service Installations (FSI)
3. Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Installations
4. Lift and Escalator Installations
