InnoTec is awarded a Design and Build Fire Service Installation subcontract for TKO Joint User Complex (JUC, https://www.archsd.gov.hk/.../capital-projects.../197GK.html).
InnoTec has two roles there:
1. FS subcontractor
2. BS Co-ordinator (together with Cornwall)
Simon Tsang, director of InnoTec, is appointed BS Coordinator and Victor Ng, general manager of InnoTec is appointed MiMEP Coordinator.
JUC is 13-storey high with two basement levels, the GFA is 40,000m2.
The scope of the project includes -
(a) a public market；
(b) medical and health facilities;
(c) social welfare facilities;
(d) public education facilities;
(e) government offices;
(f) a public vehicle park; and
(g) ancillary facilities, including loading/unloading area, car parking spaces.
“This newly awarded contract is a milestone of the development for InnoTec, and will provide opportunities for us to learn new skillsets.” said Peter Lam, managing director of InnoTec.
