Chéng Chuán

Today, four young people participating in the InnoTec's Scheme "A" Training Program (2024-2026), under the guidance of senior engineer Lok Kwok Ming, completed the first phase of two-year training (HKIE Scheme A) and handed over the baton to the next generation.

The mission of "Chéng Chuán" (承傳 [sing4 cyun4]) is to connect three generations.

 

"Chéng" (承) is the continuation of the culture, ideas, skills, and spirit of previous generations; "Chuán"(傳) is the transmission of the culture, ideas, skills, and spirit of predecessors, to be handed over to the next generation.

Through the HKIE Scheme A, we will promote and pass down the "spirit of InnoTec" from generation to generation.
