Early this morning (4 March 2025) InnoTec, in a major customer’s premises, replaced a section of main drainage pipeline in dealing with an incident.
The work was targeted to complete in 120 minutes.
A pre-work plan was started 8 days ago to simulate different scenarios in which different bundles of materials and plants were prepared to deal with different unpredictable conditions.
“The repair work was completed successfully with tight control on the processes based on the plan. We used only 18 minutes to complete the work, saved 102 minutes, 85% of the planned time, for customer five times faster than the plan to resume the normal operation of the building.” said Peter Lam, managing director of InnoTec.
