In response to the overwhelming enrolment rate of the last webinar about InnoCheck’s air tightness checking system - Coltraco Airtight520, The Hong Kong Federation of Electrical and Mechanical Contractors (FEMC) is going to organise the 2nd webinar for the same topic.

Why Airtightness for Rooms is so Important?

2. Maintaining the room integrity is required.
3. The building owners and FSI contractors are Acknowledgement Parties, required to comply with the requirement as stated in the FSD Circular Letter Ref. 1/2022 that “ …. Hence, *it is the responsibility of RFSICs to verify that no alteration and addition works*, which may affect the room integrity, has been conducted in the enclosure when they are appointed to carry out an annual inspection for the system pursuant to regulation …..”,
4. Air tightness checking is required.
