Pyrofoe • InnoTec JV (PIJV) 衞安 ·科基聯營 is awarded the 4th contract since PIJV’s establishment - Fire Services Installation contract for Light Public Housing （LPH 簡約公屋). The contract is to design, supply, install, testing and commissioning of fire services installation for LPH 520 & LPH 521.

The Government announced to complete 30,000 units of Light Public Housing (LPH, 簡約公屋) in coming five (5) years.

1. LPH 518 (12,000 units)
2. ⁠LPH 519 (5,000 units)
3. ⁠LPH 520 (5,600 units)
4. ⁠LPH 521 (7,400 units)

PIJV is a non-incorporated 50/50 JV, with two partners -
1. InnoTec Engineering Limited (leading partner of PIJV);
2. Pyrofoe Engineers Limited, Pyrofoe is one of the largest fire engineering companies in Hong Kong.
