AMC HK Science Park

In 2019, InnoTec was awarded two contracts for Advanced Manufacturing Center (AMC). AMC is the newest advanced manufacturing facility located in TKO with 1.1 million sq ft value added production base developed by Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation. InnoTec was contracted to supply, install, testing & commissioning of plumbing and drainage installations & design for in-rack sprinkler system for AMC project. InnoTec team applies MEP prefabrication and Modular Integrated Construction (composite pump set and toilet modules). As worldwide logistic industries, the racking configuration is normally in ST-8, in addition to the P&D contract, InnoTec was appointed to review and study the feasibility for fire protection measures for racking with different categories from ST-4 to ST-8.
